There are 3 bedrooms and one full bath. 2 bedrooms have Queen Beds, one with twin pull out trundle and a pull-out couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an inside laundry room. There is plenty of parking and you can even bring your boat or RV. The yard is fully fenced so great for pets and kids and has a patio and bbq. There is some beach gear avaialble (chairs, towels, cooler, boogie boards) A couple fishing poles. WiFi, Smart/Roku TV & free parking with boat/RV space. Walk to shops, dining & entertainment. Perfect for families, friends, remote work or a relaxing Florida getaway!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
